why are biological results taxed for inhabiting time daily here when they only exist as occupying time since conceived equally alive now?

Social narratives don't change how series parallel time evolving works in plain sight of each brain navigating space uniquely alive as part of the over 8.2 billion human reproductions living since date of birth when living began at conception of original ancestral lineages existed so far native to this universal position called earth isolated in this solar system same way each ancestor is isolate in their own skin and kin still alive or not conceived yet.
